WHAT'S INCLUDED
Boats are provided full of fuel, gas and water.
Buoyancy aids (1 per person, compulsory for under 18s and non-swimmers)
The price is fully inclusive of fuel, gas. etc.
Your boat will be available for collection at 9am and must be returned by 4.30pm. (during winter months your boat will need to be returned by sunset or 4.30pm, whichever comes first)
Maximum number of persons allowed on the Day Boat is 8
A late arrival fee of £25 per hour will be charged after 5pm
For the safety of yourself and others we will not allow excessive amounts of alcohol to be taken aboard the boats and we will decline to handover any boat where we feel this may be an issue.
Insurance does not cover personal accidents or loss or damage to personal effects.
Dolphin will be available for collection from "Whittington Wharf Narrowboats" labeled on the above map.
Point A is a short stretch of canal known as an "Arm", which leads you into the town of Ellesmere.
Points A, B & C are all winding holes (turning points).
A popular route for an enjoyable journey starting from Whittington Wharf is to cruise to point A where you can visit the town of Ellesmere, then turnaround and head further along the canal to Point B where you can turn and return to base.
